Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ProSIGHT Security website located at prosightsec.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProSIGHT Security, LLC (“ProSIGHT Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site is an informational website that describes ProSIGHT Security’s managed IT and cybersecurity services, company information, and resources for small businesses. The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional IT, cybersecurity, legal, financial, or business advice.
ProSIGHT Security provides managed IT and cybersecurity services under separate written agreements with clients. The existence of this Site does not create any service relationship or obligation between ProSIGHT Security and any visitor.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of ProSIGHT Security or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

ProSIGHT Security does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ProSIGHT Security does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROSIGHT SECURITY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, EVEN IF PROSIGHT SECURITY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
